Our glass rooms are constructed using a combination of high-quality materials and customizable options to create a unique and functional space. Here’s a breakdown of the key elements:

• Walls: The glass room walls are constructed using Alghaurai aluminium sections 10.5, known for their strength and durability, and feature Belgium double glass.
• Doors: We provide glass sliding, folding or hinged doors, made from Alghaurai aluminium and feature Belgium double glass,according to your design preferences.  
• Roofing: You can select from: a glass roof for maximum light penetration, a sandwich panel roof for insulation and structural integrity or a combination of both, allowing for customized light and insulation control.
• Base (optional): A concrete base is constructed, if required, to provide a stable foundation.
• Flooring (optional): We offer the installation of tile or parquet flooring. Customers may also choose to arrange their own flooring installation after we complete the primary construction.
• Ceiling (optional): We offer a range of ceiling decoration options, including gypsum board and UPVC strips, to match your desired aesthetic.
• Lighting (optional): Spotlights are included to provide ample illumination within the glass room.

Roof Decor(optional): The roof also includes roof decor.

Accessories: We use only premium quality accessories sourced from reputable manufacturers in Italy, Germany, the USA, or the UK, ensuring durability and reliable performance of your room.

Sealant: We utilize Dow Corning Dowis 813 sealant, which is approved by the Abu Dhabi Civil Defence authority, ensuring compliance with local safety standards and providing a secure and weather-resistant seal.made from Alghaurai aluminium and feature Belgium double glass.

Express Gate uses high-quality Section 10.5 Al Ghurair aluminum for durable, strong, and aesthetically pleasing gates and doors built to withstand the UAE climate. This premium aluminum offers excellent corrosion resistance and low maintenance. We provide a wide range of colors based on the RAL system, and our team will supply a color chart for your selection.

• At Express Gate, we utilize premium Belgian double-glazed units meticulously engineered to provide exceptional performance tailored for the UAE environment.

• Our standard glass construction features a robust 24mm thickness, comprising:
• Outer Pane: 6mm clear tempered glass, ensuring strength, safety, and visual clarity.

• Spacer: 12mm air-filled spacer, critical for superior thermal efficiency by significantly reducing heat transfer, which helps maintain a comfortable interior temperature throughout the year. This also contributes to enhanced acoustic performance by minimizing the intrusion of external noise, creating a more peaceful and enjoyable space.

• Inner Pane: 6mm tempered reflective colored glass, offering aesthetic appeal
  and increased privacy.

This high-quality double-glazing ensures:

We use durable EPDM rubber seals to further enhance the weather resistance and longevity of our glass units, crucial for the demanding climate in the Emirates.

Our standard reflective glass color options include: Clear,Blue, Green, Brown, and Silver.

For specialized color requirements or additional features such as frameless door designs and Georgian bars, these are available at an extra charge. Please feel free to discuss your specific needs with our team for a personalized quotation.

Express Gate offers two main roofing options:

Sandwich Panel Roofs: These are multi-layered, providing excellent thermal and sound insulation, strength, and durability. They are lightweight, quick to install, and offer good weather
resistance, making them ideal for energy efficiency and comfort in the UAE climate. 

Glass Roofs: These maximize natural light and offer enhanced aesthetics. Specialized solar reflective control glass is used for superior Thermal Efficiency. Constructed with strong tempered or laminated glass for safety.

Which is best for you?

• Choose Sandwich Panel Roofs for superior insulation, durability, and
  energy efficiency.
•  
• Choose Glass Roofs if maximizing natural light and aesthetics are the
  priority, keeping in mind potential heat considerations.

The typical delivery timeline for a standard project is as follows: 

         The aluminium structure, excluding glass and roofing, will be delivered to the site within 20               working days of receiving the advance payment.

• The glass will be delivered within 10 working days of the second
  payment.

Please note that these timelines apply to standard projects. Larger or bespoke projects will have their timescales agreed upon individually with the customer.

Express Gate provides the following warranties:

• Aluminum Color: 10 years against defects in the powder-coated color (fading,
  peeling, cracking).
• Water Leakage: 3 years against water leakage due to manufacturing or
  installation defects.
• Installation: 1 year against defects in the installation process.

This warranty covers normal use and excludes damage from misuse, accidents, natural events, or improper care. Contact our customer service for any warranty concerns.
